Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage a key automotive account within the Mobility Fleet Management team in the Finished Vehicle Logistics business. You will oversee demonstration and press vehicle fleets, connect customer requirements with vehicle preparation and delivery services, and drive account growth.

• Strong Excel, reporting and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for the customer, building relationships and understanding priorities and fleet requirements.
• Coordinate requirements across multiple teams and locations to ensure on-time delivery and preparation of vehicles.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, lead review meetings, and manage escalations to resolve issues.
• Maintain commercial oversight, ensure accurate invoicing, and resolve billing queries with Finance.

OUR ROLE

CEVA Logistics is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage and develop a key automotive account within the Mobility Fleet Management team, part of our Finished Vehicle Logistics business.

Overseeing demonstration and press vehicle fleets, you will connect customer requirements with our vehicle preparation, delivery and collection services. This is a hands-on role combining customer relationship management, operational coordination and commercial accountability, with a clear focus on service delivery and account growth.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You will be the main point of contact for your customer, building strong relationships and understanding their priorities, upcoming activity and changing fleet requirements. Working closely with operational teams, you will ensure vehicles are prepared to the required standard, delivered on time and collected for preparation ahead of their next booking.

Supporting vehicle launches, events, press activity and training programmes, you will coordinate requirements across multiple teams and locations. You will anticipate demand, communicate clear priorities and follow actions through to completion.

As the customer’s UK business grows, you will ensure our services keep pace, putting practical solutions in place to support increased volumes and new activity. You will identify opportunities to expand our support and develop the partnership.

You will monitor performance against contractual KPIs and service level agreements, lead customer review meetings and take ownership of escalations. When challenges arise, you will bring the right people together, agree practical solutions and keep the customer informed.

Alongside service delivery, you will maintain commercial oversight of the account, ensuring activity is accurately recorded and invoiced. Working with Finance, you will resolve billing queries and follow up on outstanding payments.

Regular operational visits and customer meetings will keep you close to the fleet and the teams delivering the service.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will have experience managing customer accounts within automotive, fleet management, vehicle leasing or a related environment, with a strong understanding of how operational delivery shapes the customer relationship.

Commercially aware and highly organised, you will be comfortable coordinating complex activity, managing competing priorities and working with stakeholders across operational, procurement and commercial teams.

You will communicate clearly, build credibility and have the confidence to challenge constructively.

Strong Excel, reporting and presentation skills are also essential.
