Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking an Area Sales Manager to act as the primary contact with customers in the poultry processing systems space. You will analyze customer needs, present Marel solutions, and drive sales growth across a defined region.

This role requires travel, strong English communication, and experience selling technical systems. You will work with regional teams to build market plans, manage opportunities in a CRM, and contribute to achieving sales targets while representing a multinational,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required.
• 3 years’ outside B2B sales of technical/mechanical systems preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers and Partners to drive sales.
• Develop and implement regional market plans to increase market share.
• Drive sales of complex solutions and justify value to customers.
• Support and train Account Managers with process knowledge.
• Maintain CRM data, opportunity registration and follow-ups.
