Version 1 is seeking an AI Service Line Lead to shape and drive Version 1’s AI offerings and GTM strategy. You will own the vision, align with market trends, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions for clients.

In this senior advisory role, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams, defining reference architectures and partnerships, while steering strategy to meet organisational goals and customer needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience defining AI strategies or AI transformation programs in leadership/advisory roles.
• Familiarity with AI architecture, ML, generative AI, data platforms and related tech.
• Ability to translate industry trends into actionable strategic insights.
• Proven GTM and sales collaboration experience; strong narrative/collateral skills.
• History of building and managing technology partner ecosystems.

• Assess current AI landscape and map offerings, accelerators, skills, references, and partnerships.
• Identify gaps and opportunities; decide what to retire, refresh, or create.
• Conduct market research on AI trends and niche opportunities.
• Analyse competitors and define strategic differentiators.
• Develop an AI GTM vision and strategy with partnerships and reference architecture.
• Support early-stage pre-sales engagements and assist in scoping and proposals.
