Version 1 is seeking an AI Service Line Lead to define and drive the go-to-market for AI offerings, aligning with market trends and organisational goals. You will own the vision, strategy and execution to position Version 1 as a leader in AI services, collaborating across partnerships and delivery teams.

The role requires strategic leadership, market insight, and strong stakeholder management to influence executives and guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact AI solutions.

Formación

• Strategic AI leadership with a track record of defining AI strategies or AI transformation programs.
• Strong familiarity with AI architecture, machine learning, generative AI, data platforms and related technologies.
• Experience conducting market analysis and identifying growth opportunities in AI services.
• Ability to translate trends into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales and marketing to develop compelling narratives and collateral.
• History of building and managing relationships with cloud providers and AI platform vendors.
• Experience enabling delivery teams, including resource planning and methodology development.
• Excellent communication to influence senior executives and diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the current AI landscape and map offerings, accelerators, skills, references, and partnerships.
• Identify gaps and opportunities; decide what to retire, refresh, or create.
• Conduct market research on AI trends and niche opportunities relevant to target industries.
• Analyze competitors and define differentiators aligned with company strategy.
• Develop AI GTM vision and strategy, including partnerships and reference architecture.
• Support early-stage pre-sales conversations and contribute to proposals for AI capabilities.
