Zendesk is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive in London. You will grow key accounts and expand offerings by aligning Zendesk's AI-powered CX/EX solutions with customer goals.

You’ll engage with VP and C-level leaders, manage multi-month deals, and work closely with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver outcomes. The role requires a strategic, consultative seller who can demystify Generative AI and present clear ROI.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS/AI sales with mid-market or complex deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills for senior leaders.
• Strong ability to build and execute strategic territory plans and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience helping customers understand and value AI, automation and ROI.

Responsabilités

• Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing partnerships across the Commercial segment.
• Lead complex, value-centric sales cycles, including multi-month deals with PoCs.
• Demonstrate AI innovation and translate complex tech into tangible ROI for business leaders.
• Build relationships with VP & C-level executives and navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Develop territory plans and use data-driven insights to maintain a high-converting pipeline.
