Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to grow existing relationships and win new business in the Commercial segment, leveraging AI-powered CX/EX solutions to deliver measurable ROI.

You will partner with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to close multi-month deals, expand offerings, and forecast weekly to quarterly results in a hybrid, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS/AI sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and territory plans.
• Interest in AI transforming customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, value-centric sales cycles with multi-month deals.
• Acquire new customers and expand existing partnerships.
• Engage VP and C-level decision-makers with consultative approaches.
• Build and execute strategic territory plans.
• Provide accurate forecasts and exceed revenue goals.
