Job summary

HSO is expanding its AI capabilities and seeking a Deployment Strategist to identify where AI can create genuine business value for customers. You’ll understand client strategy and operating models, translate opportunities into prioritized initiatives, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver production solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in management consulting, product management, business analysis, technology strategy, solution architecture or senior client facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer and identify value by mapping business strategy, operating model, processes and performance drivers.
• Define outcomes, build hypotheses and measurable success criteria for opportunities.
• Shape opportunities into focused initiatives with minimal viable scope and clear value.
• Build robust business cases and value models with benefits, investment and success measures.
• Own business scope and align stakeholders before engineering work begins; prioritize by customer value.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate opportunities into practical production solutions.
• Establish baselines and KPI tracking; communicate value to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
