Job summary

Dynamo AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist to help enterprise customers deploy and operationalize AI systems in real-world environments. You will bridge strategy, deployment, and commercial execution across product, engineering, and sales teams.

You will translate business needs into deployment playbooks, drive measurable outcomes, and ensure governance, security, and observability across customer environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in strategy consulting, enterprise tech, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI systems, APIs, cloud architectures.
• Able to engage credibly in both commercial and technical discussions.
• Experience managing complex enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify AI deployment opportunities and shape deployment strategies.
• Translate customer requirements into deployment plans with engineering and product teams.
• Support governance, evaluation, observability, and guardrail architectures in deployments.
• Collaborate with sales during strategic engagements and pre-sales discussions.
• Develop scalable deployment playbooks and capture deployment learnings.
