HSO is seeking a Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into measurable AI value. You will combine management consulting, product management and technology strategy to identify opportunities across Azure, Data, AI and the Microsoft platform.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, define outcomes, build business cases and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver production solutions while proving value and ROI.

Formación

• Significant experience in management consulting, product strategy or senior client delivery.
• Proven ability to translate strategic challenges into defined initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the customer and identify value across strategy, processes and Microsoft platform capabilities.
• Define outcomes and prioritise opportunities with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Build trusted executive relationships with senior business, technology and operational stakeholders.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate outcomes into practical solutions.
• Measure and prove value with baselines, KPIs and ongoing business impact reporting.
• Build reusable HSO capability by sharing methodologies and value models.
