Job summary

monday.com in London is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the technical spearhead of our AI transformation for strategic customers, owning 1–2 accounts and driving production deployments. You will partner with C-level and technical teams to architect, build, and ship AI solutions with measurable business outcomes; your work spans discovery, architecture, rollout, and adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years building apps with TypeScript/Node.js/React in production.
Experience leading hands-on projects end-to-end, ideally client-facing.
Background in AI/LLM systems, agent architectures and evals.
Experience navigating C-suite relationships and guiding decisions.
Proven track record turning deliveries into reusable assets or playbooks.

Responsibilities

Strategic transformation: embed with executives to architect AI solutions and scalable workflows; own pilot to production rollout.
Outcome ownership: define success criteria with the customer and drive adoption and ROI.
Build and ship: design configurations, build monday agents and vibe apps, wire MCP integrations, prototype scripts.
Eval-driven product feedback: instrument deployments and translate learnings into PRDs and roadmap input.
Cross-functional leadership: partner with Sales and CS; productize learnings into reusable assets.
