Job summary

The Citation Group is seeking an AI Architect to own the AI/Data architecture for the delivery teams, reporting to the Chief AI Officer. You will shape architectural standards, guide model and data decisions, and influence across Product, Engineering and Security.

With 6+ years in software, data, or platform architecture and hands-on production AI experience, you will formalise decisions, govern interfaces, and ensure risk and cost are managed from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software/data/platform engineering/architecture.
• Hands-on production AI systems experience.
• Ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Security and Infra.

Responsibilities

• Own AI/Data architecture standards and patterns.
• Govern model routing, orchestration, guardrails and cost governance.
• Escalate design decisions to Architecture Review Board as needed.
• Ensure security and compliance are considered from design to production.
• Provide architectural decisions records to guide delivery.
