Job summary

Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of military and civil customers from its Bishops Cleeve base. You will drive sales plans for OE Material and coordinate pricing, RFQs and RFPs with the estimating team to maximise value.

You will lead contract negotiations, forecast demand, and cooperate with Operations, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role with key accounts or repeat business.
• Ability to communicate with customers during challenging times.
• Experience in cross-functional roles with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing and Trade Compliance.
• Interest in engineering and technical product support.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of military and civil customer relationships and deliver on sales plans for OE Material.
• Deliver medium- and long-term strategies; coordinate pricing, RFQs and RFPs with Estimating.
• Lead negotiations of Long Term Agreements and build strong customer relationships.
• Forecast demand, monitor orders, on-time delivery and operational performance.
