Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with sales and customer success to maximize client value.

You will collaborate with DSPs and other partners to negotiate terms, forecast performance, and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Experience negotiating commercial deals and campaign terms with clients (DSPs, SSP, or independents).
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships across key accounts.
• Strong experience in adtech, programmatic, or media sales environments.
• Good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges).
• Experience working directly with DSPs and managing those relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer service leadership to ensure end-to-end satisfaction and serve as primary escalation point.
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of accounts and revenue base.
• Cultivate relationships with partners to understand client strategy and expansion plans.
• Partner with sales to develop new opportunities and forecast revenue.
• Support the customer success team and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Provide independent judgment in high-significance matters.
