Job summary

Comcast Technology Solutions is hiring a strategic Account Manager in London to lead a portfolio of strategic clients. You will develop and execute account strategies, drive revenue retention, and collaborate with sales on forecasting and QBRs.

You will mentor junior managers and ensure high customer satisfaction, leveraging Net Promoter System principles and cross-functional teamwork to maximize value and growth.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Experience negotiating commercial deals and campaign terms with clients.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships across key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Team with customer service leadership to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a portfolio of accounts and revenue base; drive growth within accounts.
• Partner with sales to review quotas, funnel and forecast; support revenue forecasting.
