FreeWheel, a Comcast company, seeks an experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic client accounts. You will develop and execute strategies to protect and grow revenue, guide billing activities, and ensure high customer satisfaction across the account lifecycle.

You will mentor junior managers and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to maximize value and retention, leveraging deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystems and DSP relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Over 5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Experience negotiating commercial deals and campaign terms with clients (DSPs, SSPs, or independents).
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships across key accounts.
• Strong experience in adtech, programmatic, or media sales environments.
• Good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges).
• Experience working directly with DSPs and managing those relationships.
• Comfortable working with sales teams on pipeline, forecasting, and targets.
• Ability to spot growth opportunities and drive revenue within accounts.

• Lead strategic account management and sales leadership for a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
• Develop and execute strategies for each account; maintain revenue base and drive value.
• Drive billing activities and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Mentor and train junior account managers.

• Partner with sales to develop opportunities, review quotas, and forecast for accounts.
