Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Engineer in London to translate complex product activation into practical, scalable solutions for clients and partners. You will collaborate with account teams, engineering, and product management to ensure successful implementations and renewals.

You will develop best practices, support complex deployments, and train internal teams and clients, while communicating effectively with developers and executives alike.

Qualifications

• Experience with video technologies and/or online advertising a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business and technical solutions for client project execution.
• Execute standard feature enablement and client onboardings.
• Assist in complex implementations and clarify resolution paths for new or unclear use cases with Senior and Lead SEs.
• Provide timely, technical support and problem resolution for escalated field service questions from support team.
• Act as primary liaison between the client, account team, engineering and product management teams, providing guidance on product usage and gaps or needs.
• Provide advice to Marketing, Product Marketing and Revenue Development on “story”, materials, and product features.
• Provide primary technical expertise in FreeWheel’s pre-sales efforts requiring deep technical insight into FreeWheel’s technology.
• Provide training to internal teams, and occasionally to clients.
