TikTok Shop is seeking a strategic growth professional in London to identify and recruit high-potential merchants, design partnership frameworks, and drive scalable acquisition aligned with business goals. You will collaborate across teams to streamline merchant onboarding, monitor performance, and optimize strategies for sustainable growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Fluency in English and Polish is required to work with Polish speaking clients; prior experience in e-commerce
