Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a Business Development Intern in London to identify and onboard ecommerce brands, provide development resources, and support growth on the platform. You will work with our Business Development Team to identify leads, support merchant onboarding, and help scale merchant performance.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Able to commit to 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop from a customer perspective.
• Experience using Excel and delivering actionable insights.
• Data-driven with strong execution, attention to detail, communication, collaboration and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification; identify relevant sellers for onboarding and assist merchant acquisition and initial product listings.
• Support outreach through email campaigns and calls to book meetings.
• Collaborate with account managers to analyse category growth opportunities and improve merchant performance.
• Track product selection and submission for campaigns and analyse post-campaign performance.
