Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Senior Client Director to lead a portfolio of strategic client accounts in the financial services sector across the EMEA region. You will act as the commercial owner, aligning technology strategy, delivery, data, AI, marketing, partnerships and new business to accelerate profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Expert in recognising opportunities, qualifying them and strategically planning accounts.
• Strong commercial experience within a technology consultancy or similar with a proven track record of growing accounts and delivering measurable year on year growth.
• Ability to connect business insights to strategic growth.
• Excellent presentation skills and effective stakeholder handling.
• Expertise in the financial services industry with experience managing FS clients.
• Confident in stakeholder management to C-level executives.
• Capable of leading complex, global technology and business change for critical enterprise platforms.
• Experienced in working with nearshore and offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Account Strategy and lead execution of growth plans.
• Lead the client Strategy Group and act as commercial owner across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Drive 20%+ year-on-year growth across accounts and lead commercial strategy & solutions.
• Partner with the New Business Director on a shared growth plan.
• Establish trusted relationships across C-Suite and senior stakeholders and lead business reviews.
