CI&T in London seeks a Senior Client Director to lead a portfolio of strategic financial services accounts in EMEA. You will own the account strategy, drive growth and align technology, data, AI, and delivery to maximise business value.

The role requires onsite presence in London several days a week and strong executive engagement with clients. You will lead the Strategy Group, collaborate with delivery leaders, and ensure profitable program execution.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience within a technology consultancy or similar, with a proven track record of growing accounts.
• Confident in stakeholder management to C-suite level.
• Ability to connect business insights to strategic growth.
• Experience leading teams across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Account Strategy and develop growth plans aligned with CI&T objectives.
• Lead the client Strategy Group and act as commercial owner across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Drive 20%+ year on year growth and shape commercial strategy & solutions.
• Establish trusted relationships with C-Suite and senior stakeholders; lead governance and reviews.
• Own overall commercial performance, forecasting and profitability within the portfolio.
