CI&T is seeking a Senior Client Director to lead a portfolio of strategic accounts in the EMEA region, acting as the commercial owner to accelerate profitable growth by expanding engagements, relationships, and measurable business value. This role requires onsite presence in CI&T's London office or client sites a minimum of 3 days a week.

You will oversee strategy, governance, and transformation discussions with senior stakeholders, and collaborate with delivery leaders to ensure programs

Formación

• Strong commercial experience within a technology consultancy or similar with a proven track record of growing accounts and delivering measurable year on year growth.
• Confident in stakeholder management to C-level executives.
• Expert in recognizing opportunities, qualifying them and strategically planning accounts.
• Ability to connect business insights to strategic growth.
• Excellent presentation skills and client facing delivery experience.
• Experienced in working with nearshore and offshore delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Account Strategy: develop and execute growth plans aligned to client and CI&T objectives.
• Drive the Commercial Growth: deliver 20%+ year on year growth across accounts and lead commercial strategy.
• Build Executive Relationships: establish trusted relationships with C-Suite and senior stakeholders.
• Champion Delivery Excellence: own commercial performance, forecasting, and profitability of the portfolio.
• Lead Collaboration: coordinate CI&T teams to build solutions for complex client issues.
