• Proven experience managing customer accounts in an Account Management or CRM environment.
• Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and present data to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong customer relationships, aligning customer and Sony UK TEC objectives.
• Own assigned accounts and ensure satisfaction and delivery of objectives.
• Prepare quotations, price updates, contracts and commercial proposals.
• Support revenue growth, margins, and account profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate and communicate customer requirements across teams.
