Sony UK Technology Centre is seeking an Account Manager to manage customer relationships and act as the primary commercial interface between the customer and Sony UK TEC. You will promote Sony capabilities and secure follow-on business through long-term relationships.

The role involves developing strong customer relationships, managing accounts, preparing proposals, and supporting revenue growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Wales. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or CRM environments.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and present data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with customers to align objectives with Sony UK TEC.
• Own assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery of objectives.
• Prepare and manage quotations, price updates, contracts and commercial proposals.
• Support revenue growth, margin improvement and overall profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate and resolve customer issues with internal teams.
