Job summary

3ecruit is seeking an Account Manager for the East Sussex area, office-based and full-time, within the Large Format Digital Print sector. You will own an existing portfolio, nurture client relationships and drive revenue growth.

The role requires a good understanding of print processes, materials and finishing, plus strong negotiation and communication skills to maximise profitability and secure repeat business with key clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships and generate repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to increase account revenue and profitability.
• Prepare quotations, negotiating pricing and following up on new enquiries.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with internal production and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the order process.
