Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in print/direct mail context.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to interpret briefs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; ensure timely communication.
• Work with clients in a proactive, consultative manner to deliver advice and solutions.
• Interpret client specifications and provide quotations within SLAs.
• Use MIS to create work instructions and manage projects end-to-end.
• Liaise with suppliers to source collateral, raise POs and place orders.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for all managed projects.
• Handle customer queries/complaints promptly.
• Meet monthly SLA/KPI targets.
• Attend meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Provide cover for other client services staff.
