Job summary

KRG Holdings Ltd. based in East Sussex invites an Internal Sales Account Manager to nurture existing accounts and upsell to new clients. Office based role in Newhaven with a focus on delivering excellent service, quotes, orders, and achieving monthly sales targets.

You will work closely with external sales teams, manage CRM records, and respond to delivery queries while maintaining strong client relationships and aiming for growth in a competitive print market.

Qualifications

• Proven key account management experience within a print-related industry.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Client facing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Must be within a commutable distance to Newhaven.

Responsibilities

• Deal with external sales executives and accounts daily.

Job Role

Our client is a leading small and large format print production house based in the heart of East Sussex. They are currently recruiting for a proactive Internal Sales Account Manager (Office based) to nurture current accounts and also develop and upsell to new accounts.

Key Duties Include

• Dealing with external sales executives and accounts on a day-to-day basis
• Quotes for materials
• Processing orders
• Consistently hitting monthly sales target and up selling to client base
• Handling internal and external queries for deliveries
• Dealing with regional customer / accounts on a day-to-day basis
• Consistently follow up and contact all new target prospects.

Experience Needed

• Must have proven key Account Management experience within a print related industry
• Experience using CRM systems
• Client facing experience
• Competent with Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Good communication skills
• Within a commutable distance to Newhaven
