Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Account Manager for a print production house based near Newhaven. The role is office-based and focuses on nurturing current accounts while developing and upselling to new clients.

You will deal with external sales executives, prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure targets are met while handling deliveries and queries. Strong Excel and CRM experience required; commuting distance to Newhaven is important.

Our client is a leading small and large format print production house based in the heart of East Sussex. They are currently recruiting for a proactive Internal Sales Account Manager (Office based) to nurture current accounts and also develop and upsell to new accounts.

Key Duties Include

• Dealing with external sales executives and accounts on a day-to-day basis
• Quotes for materials
• Processing orders
• Consistently hitting monthly sales target and up selling to client base
• Handling internal and external queries for deliveries
• Dealing with regional customer / accounts on a day-to-day basis
• Consistently follow up and contact all new target prospects.

Experience Needed

• Must have proven key Account Management experience within a print related industry
• Experience using CRM systems
• Client facing experience
• Competent with Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Good communication skills
• Within a commutable distance to Newhaven
