Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland in Bellshill is seeking an Account Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for the client, coordinating service delivery and ensuring timely responses across locations.

The role requires strong organisation, clear communication and a proactive approach to compliance, safety (SHEQ) and contract governance. You will manage relationships with the client, suppliers and internal teams to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management within facilities management or similar sectors.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance mindset.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the client and manage service delivery across locations.
• Develop and maintain the business plan for the contract and monitor SLAs/KPIs.
• Coordinate with operations, suppliers and sub-contractors to optimise performance.
• Lead negotiations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, health, environment and quality requirements are followed and logged.
