Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking an Account Manager to join our Bellshill team on a permanent basis. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a competitive salary, a car or car allowance, a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

As the first point of contact for the client, you will manage financial performance, governance and service delivery across locations, ensuring client satisfaction and operational continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous account management experience with a good knowledge of building services and legislation and/or experience in a social housing environment.
• Proven experience of people management - ability to lead, mentor and develop high performing teams.
• Strong finance and budget experience.
• Process driven and strong governance experience and knowledge.
• Able to manage a helpdesk function.
• Proven experience in Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the Client and manage requests and operational requirements.
• Develop a clear business plan for the contract and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Set, monitor and improve SLAs and KPIs across delivery stakeholders.
• Oversee service delivery across multiple locations and resource optimization.
• Lead contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations, partners, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a coherent service.
