Job summary

This role focuses on account-management, service-delivery and client development rather than a traditional 360 recruitment position. You will strengthen relationships, ensure outstanding service, and explore opportunities to increase revenue on live and future projects.

Qualifications

• Proven Account Management or Service Account Management experience.
• Successful track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with operational contacts and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience conducting client reviews and managing ongoing service delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of established client accounts.
• Act as primary contact for clients, project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Build long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
• Understand clients' projects, workforce needs and recruitment plans.
• Conduct regular client meetings and account-development discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely vacancies are filled.
• Identify opportunities to increase account spend and new services.
• Monitor service delivery against agreed standards and timescales.
• Support tendering, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain forecasts, client records and account information.
