Job summary

XYZ Reality, a Construction Technology leader in London, is seeking an Account Executive – Mission Critical to drive new revenue in high-value sectors. You will manage strategic accounts, build executive relationships, and guide complex enterprise deals from engagement through close, aligning AR solutions with safety, quality and cost objectives.

You will work cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and services teams, owning pipelines, forecasts, and strategic initiatives while traveling

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning complex, enterprise sales cycles with annual quotas.
• Track record of closing 6-figure+ deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to articulate ROI and business value to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned to revenue targets.
• Develop executive-level relationships from site level to C-suite.
• Own end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualification, negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery and cross-functional teams to drive opportunities.
