Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Supply Chain professional to coordinate and manage Aldi-owned freight and 3PL relationships. You will drive on-time, in-full deliveries, onboard new carriers and lead negotiations to optimise cost and performance across the network.

You will manage multiple projects with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring process improvements, and alignment with the department strategy. The role includes flexible hybrid working and a strong focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Retail/Supply Chain/Logistics experience.
• Internal and External stakeholder relationship building / management.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Confidence and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of building, managing and controlling key 3PL relationships in line with KPIs and contractual obligations.
• Leading 3PL negotiations to ensure competitive costs for Aldi.
• Investigating and collating new contracts for 3PL providers.
• Managing and coordinating Supply Chain projects with Buyers and RDCs.
• Engaging stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Championing 3PL process improvements and ensuring product availability to RDCs.
