Job summary

Highland Spring Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and performance of the logistics operation within its growing supply chain. The role focuses on managing 3PL partners, driving cost efficiency and ensuring stock accuracy across the network.

You will oversee commissioning/start-up of warehouse operations, transitions, and the ongoing optimisation of inbound/outbound activities, ensuring service levels and OTIF performance are maintained.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in logistics, warehousing or 3PL management.
• Experience commissioning or starting up warehouse operations.
• Experience leading warehouse transitions or transfers.
• Commercial understanding of warehousing and transport operations.
• Experience managing inventory controls and stock accuracy.
• Strong supplier-management and negotiation capability.
• Ability to use data to understand performance and challenge where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with our 3PL warehouse partners and track KPIs.
• Manage logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve utilisation and productivity.
• Commission, start-up and transition of warehouse operations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transitions across internal teams, customers and partners.
• Plan and manage stock transfers and systems cutover with clear ownership and sequencing.
• Provide clear reporting across service, cost, stock, capacity, risks and actions.
