Job summary

Expect Logistics group is seeking a Contract Manager with at least 3 years of management experience to lead key customer contracts within a fast-paced 3PL operation. The role focuses on operational performance, stock integrity, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

You will manage day-to-day contract activities across inbound and outbound warehouse tasks, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and drive service delivery targets while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience managing customer contracts in warehousing/logistics.
• Experience delivering service against SLAs in a busy operation.
• Strong stock control and warehouse operations knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of assigned customer contracts and ensure service targets are met.
• Record stock transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Plan workloads for operational teams to meet delivery targets.
• Act as primary contact for customers and manage account queries.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and SOPs.
• Deputise for the Warehouse Operations Manager when required.
