• Supervise day-to-day duties of the Stores and stores personnel to achieve all store performance metrics.
• Develop good client relationships through regular communication and effective delivery of metrics.
• Deliver stores solutions as measured against client satisfaction scorecards.
• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the stores and team.
• Ensure daily operations align with company processes and safety policy.
• Monitor Health and Safety compliance on site.
