Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in the United Kingdom is seeking a Stores Supervisor to lead the on-site RS Integrated Supply team at JLR Castle Bromwich and JLR BAC Hams Hall Coleshill. You will drive daily stores operations, ensure a high level of customer service to our client’s Manufacturing Services Operation, and deliver improvements across our site portfolio.

You will manage a team, oversee stock movements, ensure ISO 9002 and customer systems compliance, and lead continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced stores environment.
• Ability to manage store operations to meet KPIs and safety standards.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects within site operations.

Responsibilities

• Team Management – motivating and leading your team, with regular 121 reviews.
• Stores Management – ensure high standard of store operations and safety.
• Continuous Improvement – contribute to site improvement projects including relocation, labeling and stock checks.
• Systems – enter daily transactions and stock movements; follow ISO 9002 and customer systems.

• Interpersonal Skills – maintain professional relationships and hold regular stakeholder meetings.
