Job summary

Teledyne Reynolds Engineering in Newbury, Berkshire, is seeking a Stores Co-ordinator to support a busy production and operations team. You will inspect incoming goods, assemble route cards, and manage goods receipt, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stores locations.

The role covers stock control, adherence to health and safety, and liaison with Purchasing and Quality to resolve discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential, with a background in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Basic skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspection of incoming goods and ensure parts meet PO criteria.
• Kit production route cards and verify goods against delivery notes.
• Record goods receipt and pass paperwork to relevant departments.
• Liaise with Purchasing and Quality teams on incorrect parts.
• Ensure stock quantities match and are stored safely.
