Job summary

SMT GB in Duxford, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Stores Person on a fixed-term basis to support warehouse operations. The role focuses on receipting, storage and dispatch of parts, maintaining stock accuracy and contributing to a safe, organised working environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and book in stock from suppliers, ensuring accuracy.
• Pick, pack and dispatch parts for internal departments and external customers.
• Maintain accurate stock records with regular stock checks.
• Store items correctly, label them and keep them easy to locate.
• Support general warehouse duties including housekeeping and health and safety.
