Job summary

SER Limited in Twyford, Berkshire, is seeking an experienced Stores/Stock Administrator to join a small but busy engineering team on a permanent basis. The role involves managing stock for engineers and PMs, liaising with suppliers, and handling admin tasks including quotations and price/time plans.

The candidate should have stores/stock experience, be physically able to handle heavy lifting, and hold a full UK driving licence for occasional supplier pickups or on-site deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores/stock environments.
• Ability to manage stock levels and supplier returns.
• Strong admin skills with quotation creation.

Responsibilities

• Direct contact with suppliers.
• Creating small quotations.
• Creating price plans and time scale plans for the management team.
• Managing the sites compliance (pat testing, alarm testing etc)
