Job summary

Advance TRS in Crawley is seeking a Storesperson / Stores Coordinator to run its busy stores operation, ensuring materials, tools and equipment are received, stored and available for engineers and site teams.

You will manage goods in and out, organise stock levels, order materials, liaise with suppliers, prepare items for engineers and conduct regular stock checks while keeping stores safe, tidy and efficient on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stores, warehouse, logistics or stock control
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Experience within Telecoms, Electrical, Construction or Engineering, or with suppliers of related equipment and materials
• Good IT and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• A full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Manage goods in and goods out, ensuring deliveries and stock movements are accurately recorded
• Organise and maintain stock levels across the stores
• Order materials, tools and equipment as required
• Liaise with suppliers and track deliveries
• Prepare materials, tools and equipment for engineers and site teams
• Carry out regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep the stores organised, safe and efficient
• Deliver materials and equipment to site when required
• Support the wider team with general stores and logistics duties
