Job Description

We are looking for a Stores Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our Stores department by completing tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming goods according to procedures to ensure parts meet purchase order criteria.
• Prepare kit production route cards.
• Verify received goods against delivery notes and purchase orders; report discrepancies.
• Record deliveries in the computer system, pass paperwork to relevant departments, and store goods appropriately.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Quality teams on incorrect parts.
• Maintain accurate physical and recorded stock levels.
• Store goods in compliance with safety and site requirements.
• Select items for delivery, pack orders securely, and ensure proper documentation.
• Keep stores areas clean and organized.
• Prepare wire and cable according to production needs.
• Perform testing and final inspection of goods before dispatch.
