Job description

The Vista members' fleet has a growing presence in and around London, and we are looking to recruit dedicated personnel to support the operation and manage tasks related to aircraft arrivals at Farnborough Airport.

This role includes aircraft inventory management, fulfilling and administering onboard stock requests, liaising with our 145 team, and coordinating linen and dishwashing offloading to ensure all services are completed before aircraft departure.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the stock locker effectively.
• Represent VistaGlobal professionally at all times.
• Assist with coordination of services related to VistaJet flights.
• Occasionally collect items for customer flights/requests.
• Manage onboard stock inventory, including issuing stock physically and online.
• Receive and book stock deliveries.
• Prepare for emergency stock requests.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock taking.
• Coordinate with crew on stock orders.
• Communicate with purchasing regarding inventory levels, reorders, write-offs, and expiration dates.
• Liaise with suppliers as needed.
• Utilize SAP/neptune software.
• Assist in logistics of goods movement.
• Track purchasing activities and performance metrics.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Secondary education level.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
