Job Title: Designate Store Manager

Location: Bournemouth Area

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

OTE: Between £42,000 - £48,000+ per annum

Shift and schedule: 5-7 day working pattern, high street hours!

  • Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.
  • Contributing to the cleanliness and organisation of the shop.
  • Creating a welcoming environment with a focus on exceptional customer service.

  • Leading by example and motivating team members.
  • Bringing innovative ideas and strong communication skills to the team.

Successful Applicant:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales management role.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • Experience in guiding a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about technology and eager to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Consistent high sales performance track record.
