Job Title: Store Leader

Location: Andover

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

OTE: Between £45,000 - £50,000+ per annum

Shift and Schedule: Trading hours are 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday; closed on Sunday. 5 out of 7 days working pattern.

  • Providing personalised product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
  • Assisting customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and offering insights into product features.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organised shopping environment.
  • Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
  • Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
  • Creating a welcoming environment where exceptional customer service is paramount.
  • Driving results by consistently meeting targets and KPIs.
  • Leading by example and motivating your team members.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and expertise to the table with strong communication skills.
Successful Applicant:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales management setting.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
  • Experience in guiding a team to deliver sales against targets.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about technology and eager to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Track record of consistently high sales performance.
