Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Belfast is seeking a Stores Analyst to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation, focusing on stock accuracy and inventory control. You will support the site’s KPI delivery and reporting, and assist with audits and data analyses.

Proficiency with warehouse systems such as SAP, Maxim and SGM, plus MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable. The role runs days, 8:00–16:00, on-site, with benefits including pension and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience handling warehouse inventory and stock accuracy.
• Customer-facing exposure is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to support KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory support to the site and monitor pick accuracy and KPIs.
• Verify stock levels and generate product reports.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
• Use analytics to drive on-site process improvements and standards.
• Support operation management systems to maintain performance and archival records.
