AloYoga is seeking a Visual Manager to lead store presentation and drive the brand's visual strategy on the sales floor. You will partner with the General Manager to translate merchandising directives into customer-ready displays and inventory plans.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to use data to shape product placement, floor sets, and staffing. AloYoga emphasizes inclusion, flexibility, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or related industry.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with personal accountability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to stand and move throughout the shift.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and support execution of operational and visual processes.
• Champion strong visual standards using business performance data.
• Lead product presentation and merchandising with restock/destock activities.
• Plan visual floor changes and manage payroll-related staffing needs.
• Own visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to optimize product placement and stock levels.
