Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Lead to maximize store profitability through effective visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The role partners with Operations and Visual Manager to drive store performance and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The Visual Lead will guide the team on floor merchandising, stock management, and opening/closing procedures, ensuring visual standards are met, budgets followed, and deadlines achieved while supporting a positive, inclusive

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain visual merchandising with restock, destock, and changes as directed with the Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and adapt zones to business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
