Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking a Team Manager in Southport to lead a store team and deliver an exceptional customer journey. You will collaborate with the store management team to drive daily operations, commercial planning, stock control, and visual presentation across your section.

You will coach and develop your team, ensuring strong performance and great service. This is a full-time permanent role based in the UK, with 5 days out of 7 and a salary of £33,189, plus 31 days annual leave and

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department of your store – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
