Co-op in England is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a small store team, delivering essential services to the community. You may work in the post office or bakery, or support online services and home delivery drivers, taking responsibility for day-to-day store performance.

You will motivate and coach teammates on the shop floor, manage stock and tills, and champion Co-op membership. A commitment to customer service and flexible weekend shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with small teams in a retail setting.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekend shifts.
• Experience in retail or team management is a plus, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and coach the team on shift.
• Deliver great customer service on the shop floor and tills.
• Support merchandising, stock checks, and HR processes.
• Engage with the community and promote Co-op membership.
