Job summary

Henderson Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to help run the store alongside the Assistant Manager and Store Manager, ensuring policies and customer service standards are met and that the shopping experience exceeds expectations.

You will be a hands-on leader, training staff, managing workloads, and covering the Post Office when required. You’ll promote community initiatives and collaborate with the team to deliver strong results and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of the Post Office P250 Vetting Application.
• Basic access NI and financial check.
• Age 18 or over for store eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team alongside the Assistant/Store Manager.
• Follow store policies, standards and practices.
• Be a positive role model upholding company values.
• Train and manage workloads; be hands-on in store.
• Cover the Post Office when required and support community initiatives.
